God, just let me clear this.
Even a scrape though is good enough. I want no Chanel, no monograms, just a PASS for my 10 credits. Please... x 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000
I have no idea what the results are driving me to. Insanity maybe?
I mean im blabbering to myself, now...
Anyway, the past days have been pretty quiet.
Spent most of the time tidying up our pad, clearing up the wardrobes, my makeup closet and giving the PMs a good wash.

i almost screamed out loud when i realise the bunny had detach itself from the gang; glued back using UHU, i hope it stick well!
I will be crossing my fingers, toes, eyes and everything else for the rest of the nite, even when watching project runway later.

The long weekend has been packed with all sort of activities you can think of.
Movie, catching up with the folks, prawning (yes, prawning, had never tried that before!), shopping, trying out new dining places...
Didnt even sleep late these days, wanting to head out as soon as we can!
And we have enjoy ourselves really really much. (Except for the disappointment with Kitty Lab.)
Hey Jac, i did popped by expo today bright and early armed with my cam, but the ticketing officer still said no to photo taking inside...
Tragedy isnt it? And so manage to console myself with more shopping at JL.
The man didnt even grumble one bit!
He will rather have me shopping for clothes! And he promise the trip to Puroland soon!
I was hopping around like a mad old lady on Thursday. Coz, it was officially the last day of school.
No more waking up at 7am to reach school at 8am. And our school newsletter team wins ourselves the OCA this year! Hooray!
Was helping Nura with her spring-cleaning of her workstation when some of the colleagues started singing her the birthday song.
Goodness me! I wasnt even aware its her 29th birthday. Was so guilty that i had asked my RO for timeoff to head out so as to get the gal a tiny cake. The rest of the day was spent catching up with the gals, no more spring-cleaning. Oops.

That nite, instead of catching up on the beauty sleep, (check out my panda eyes!), i had made HB drove us to GV Grand.
New Moon New Moon New Moon! The movie is anything i expected, (boring, that is coz the book itself is the least fav of my installments) but both of us have a great time popping popcorn and checking out Jacob, my all time fav character! And i do appreciate the fact that the movie follows the book really closely. Now i cant wait for 'eclipse' to be release on the 30th June 2010, at least i dun have to wait for another year!
Mom needed to work OT on Haji and so HB and i decided to spring a surprise on pop when we dropped by in the evening with Yoshinoya takeaway and his fav durian puffs
And this is when the Dare comes in; that is IF i am able to catch Philip's chinchilla and pass it to HB, he will get me the Chanel cambon im eying on for the loooongest time. And so!

And oh, we bought a new figurine for the coming Xmas from Jessie as well.

Part 2 coming up next, before the sleepy bugs kick in!

Hate waking up tomorrow. Hate the Monday Blue.
Hate thinking what to wear to make myself feel better...
Anyway, its been a lousy week.
With Pucci warded to Mount Pleasant for a nite on Tues.
Tons of exam papers to be marked over the weekend. Yada Yada Yada.
But the fact that i got to pick 2 PM figurines the HB bought me as our anniversary pressies never fails to cheer me up!
And we finally watched a movie after months of sticking to the DVDs.
MJ deserves better than the Blu Ray honestly.
Minus the fact the huge lady in front of me who was swaying along with all the songs i had to pat her on the shoulder, its a great show! Go watch it! If you a fan like me, or not a fan like the man.
Happy tots for the week:

met the gals for dinner last monday at New York New York AMK Hub

first up: 2010 members' only figurine; look how sweet the pout is

2nd: Bought the newer version of the O21, after all the in house discount provided by Jessie, HB paid only $61.10 for this

3rd: The man was rather skeptical that i might get a double of this, i swear i dun have this yet; look how the sandals resemble my Chanel

MJ tee from last nite's movie; coloured tights from PP Isetan; only $5 each!

lashes still very intact after a week!

some jealous freak scarred lance so badly he needs a new paint job soon; boo boo!
Shame on you, whoever you are!

With moi reporting to school at 7.30am for the oral duty, and the man having his first paper at 9am.
While trying to keep awake for the rest of the day, moi cant wait for the day to end so that i can meet HB for dinner and mooncake shopping at CWP.
Had dinner at Siam Kitchen after suffering from a sever case of craving for Tom Yum. :)

they have really delicious thai food; and HB still manage to look incredibly awake; i wonder why?!
Gotten mooncakes from breadtalk for the folks this year. The festival is just around the corner, and we hardly have the time to drop by Takashimaya. Please dun ask me hows the taste though; im never a fan for mooncakes with all the yolks, they are so sweet they often give me headache.
The evening ended with the renewal of my PM membership with jessie. Its beens yorks since we metup. She counted and told me its been a year. OMG.
Anyway i was awfully disappointed that the figurine for next year is nothing to hooha about. But the figurine the HB picked is! And i wasnt even aware that i had in fact blog about it awhile ago!
Here i present: (You capture my heart #840063)

arent they such sweetie pie? In fact, he is holding a digital camera!
Something that makes me smile on a super blue monday:

She drew me in my actual attire for today but i have no idea why is there a tiara on my head

With mum happily shopping in hat yai ( yes, thats how near she is in Thailand), i have nowhere to go this morning. I usually dropped by mum's for breakie after leaving Lance in school on Mondays and Fridays since classes do not start so early on these two days. I was playing with the idea of collecting my PM member figurine and maybe just hanged around CWP for awhile before going back to school. But it was too early when i reached. Nowhere was opened for business yet. So, its the national library to kill sometime while waiting for precious thots to open at 11am.
As much as i always complaint about my lack of time, i decided to pay my fine so that i could borrow some books for those 'lonely' nites when the HB played his PSP and ignored me.
Besides, its been sometimes since i visited the library and Fern Michaels used to be one of my fav writer. So, why not?
Its still early when i left the library. As much as Metro was already opened for business and there were absolutely nobody in the fitting rooms, i decided to curb the spending mood and just window shopped for awhile. Was pretty impressed with my self-control power till i stepped into Precious Thots.

this year member figurine is an absolute doll! And i bought the cute little policeman for HB ( You Serve And Protect #820009)

Had jessie reserved one of this for me - as a remembrance of our honeymoon when we were at the fountain of trevi in italy
(Love is the fountain of life #830017, its limited to only 5000 pcs worldwide, and they managed to dig out #1980; the year im born!)
Speaking of the PM figurines, Pop was saying the other day that the collection is hiking up.
I know, i know, and im restricting myself to only a few figurines every year now.
To sidetrack alittle, i was surfing the website that day and came across these few; which are beyond fab. But im not buying them lah, (coz they are not released yet in SIN) so dun worry Pop!

our love is the bridge to happiness; hands build a house, loves builds a home

love is always in bloom; you capture my heart

the magic of friendship shines through; the perfect catch
Anyway, the HB msged me in the afternoon that MIL was not cooking. He had suggested dropping by fortune centre to check out the DS Lite.
Yes, thats right! After much 'nagging', the man has gave in and is getting me the DS Lite! As much as he still thinks i have no time for this new toy, he had thought he should reward me for being the dainty wife.
So there, my new toy. I had picked black instead of the usual pink or white for fuss free maintenance. And im too busy playing with it right now to dress her up yet.
the total damage for HB's pocket is $235; its a good deal honestly!
It gotta be the best day of my life so far. Had came home totally smiling from ear to ear hugging the package. Finally, a gadget toy of my own. I can listen to songs with it (wait till i figure it out), play any games out of the 84, and surf the net even. (wow, wee.)
Bought home the usual zichar hor fun, fried mee hoon and a giant sausage from a newly opened western food stall. I have still prefer the ones from IKEA with tons of mustard.
Drowned everything with 2 cans of tiger beers, coz all these deserve a celebration!
And did i mentioned the stuffs i bought from ebay came today as well?
Oh well, there are so many things to do, but so little time!

a vintage floral dress that fits me to a tee; an ultra cute denim jumper dress from cotton on; the Elf blusher i have read so much about!
Thats all for now folks! Its time to play with my new toy!

Had been pretty okie.
Minus the 2 day old wound at my right foot that is still spurting speck of blood on and off.
The particular location of it also doesnt allow me to wear the usual working shoes, and i have to walk to classes in my flats. (bless me!)
Anywho, blame it on my laziness that caused the shot glass to fall and hit the foot on sat nite.
The HB said no jogging till it heals. (i highly thinks he is feeling lazy; not that i will get infected etc)
And oh, i received three pressies today as well!
1) a super eye catching pack of taiwan's candy from the colleague
2) an ultra sweet precious moment luggage tag from sandra
3) a bottle of sand decor from my P5 boy, who got it from his recent trip to Dubai.

Its been a great start after all!
- Mood:

Not to mention that he had no breakie. Yet.
Did i ever mention how moody he can gets if we dun get any food before the day starts?
And it highly contradict how he never want breakie on weekdays before setting off to work.
Hmm....
Anyhow, the agenda to IKEA was to check out their Year End Sale.
Ya we know we shouldnt be spending anymore. I mean specifially "Moi"
Especially, there is plan to upgrade my nokia prism into something else.
Im still checking round for a fab one though, but nothing really catch my attention still.
Oh, back to the car park story.
When we finally gotten a lot in which the man performed his once-in-no-joke parking skill, we headed for the restaurant.
The place was crowded to the max, and u know how most Singaporeans are.
Holding to the seats like the perfect place to chill out with some latte.
(Roll my eyes) And the man was getting all hungry and grumble non-stop...
We left for Box Bistro at Courts Megastore instead.
The food was average, but serving was pretty humongous. And the tummy was filled up easily.
Gotten Rationell Variera for my PM displays and left for more grocery shopping at a nearby NTUC.
Loots from IKEA
The handy man with his tools
(And thats the different between using my digicam and cellphone)
Upz on display!
The groceries for this week
No chips coz the man is feeling alittle throat sore

After a quick visit back to school, i had dropped by home to do some packing.
There are still tons of stuff in my bedroom, its as though i have not moved out yet!
Mum was still sleeping when i reached at 10am, and she had in fact bought me breakie already.
I settled down to pack my bedroom while keeping watch of the clock.
I was meeting Grace at CWP at noon for lunch. Her birthday is in another few days.
So its a advanced lunch celebration!
My tea, her sprite
My BBQ half chicken
The complimentary vanilla ice cream
Grace works as a pastry chef at the Night Safari, and never fails to bake me something.
There is this yummy cheesecake i have been hinting like crazy, the wedding cake etc.
She made me some soft nuggets this time round.
The meetup ended after some shopping as the birthday had a wedding dinner to attend that nite.
We dropped by Precious Thots as good old Jessy msged the nite before about the 10% + 7% storewide discount, including figurines!
(Thats too irresistible!)
After spending half an hour in the store, inspecting all the cheerful little things, i have decided on:
Magically Ever After $99.60
Walked past this shop selling winter wear, and most of them are priced at $99.
Another hole in the pocket.
Grace helped to pick this
Managed to chalk up more than $200 for this cute Mr Men and Little Misses cherry umbrella and table calender.
I simply adores shopping at CWP, just $200 for an umbrella!
But honestly, i hardly even get to use the Disney Princess umbrella from last year.
Was attracted into BreadTalk on the way home and bought my parents something each.
The little snowman said:" Bring me home!"
Fetched the HB at 6.30pm and we came home for 7 laps jog before dinner.
I slept like a log last nite.

Managed to pull myself up to do some laundry and spring clean alittle since the sun is working so hard.
Had the laundry cleaned and aired, and decided its high time my PM collection needs a good wash especially since Lunar New Year is coming.
Its totally a chore and i have been pushing the mission to the back of my mind for so long.
Today seems like a perfect day. (Coz the heaps of clothes that require ironing didnt seem more attractive.)
I was in the midst of getting all the figurines out and giving the glass cabinets a good wipe when Pop dropped by with lunch and my milky tea. Perfect excuse to stop and gave my dusty hands a break.
Now Pop has left and im back to square one. Definitely need to have them clean and display back to the cabinets before the HB comes back and kills me.
Thats how much i need to complete before HB comes home at 6.30pm
- Mood:

Since its barely an hour away from HB's knock off time, i had 'cleverly' maximize the remaining time by popping by Causeway Point to renew my PM membership. (ya lah, i cant wait any longer!)
My favorite SA was around and commented that its been a long long time since i dropped by.
Had eagerly asked about the cutie policeman i wanted to get for HB, but she said it will probably be available only next year.
Oh my, next year?! But i wana get something today!
And so, with so many on my wish list, i have decided on:
The lovely plum color paper bag from Precious Thots And my gorgeous figurine
My latest loot - Filled With Wonder And Joy On This Special Night 810024
The ultra sweet SA passed me this cute little Beanie plush free of charge.
I couldnt stayed long to chat as its almost time to pick my love up.
Cute huh?
Had also bought a cream colored photo frame for Shirlee's coming wedding.
Along with the red packet, i had them wrapped so that i can pass it to a colleague who is attending the wedding in December.
I couldnt find any wrapping paper at home.
Need to buy some this weekend for the coming festive season.
- Mood:

It must be the stress.
I woke up feeling all sore and aching.
It was so painful i couldnt do any household chore.
After some muscle relaxer medication, i had spent the whole day napping.
(I wasnt lazy, i honestly felt unwell)
The lovely HB helps to stick these salonpas, but they are horribly itchy.
Had also received the latest Precious Moments newsletter. And gosh, next year membership figurine is so so charming.
I want it! I shall renew my membership this week when i drop by Causeway Point after work.
The figurine has toes!
A quick browse at their official website and i came across a couple of new figurines.
But with the trip approaching, im trying to cut my budget.
I had even forgo the opportunity to get the anniversary figurine at a recent event. Boo Boo!
Celebrating The Gift Of Life Now And Forever at $399
A super lovely fellow LJ even offered me her event admission ticket that entitles a 10% off for this figurine, and i had tried so hard to succumb to the temptation!
Lilian, thank you, and maybe you wana consider these few figurines as well?
I find them really gorgeous!
Will check them out when i renew my membership and update you.
Filled With Wonder And Joy On This Special Night And Your Love Warms My Heart - Limited to 5000 pcs worldwide
You serve and protect
I wana get this for HB for loving me all this while!

When he casually mentioned that he had yet again ordered another 11 pcs of his whatever toys from the toy shop.
"How much?" i had asked, and he replied "$400 over dollars."
I was like....
Hey wait a minute, didnt u just brought home a Saint Slayer on tues when i was at my mum's place for dinner?
And he gave me this helpless smile.
I was mad.
I mean here i am trying to save up, and there you are spending.
I was (not now!) okay when he bought a few of the saint slayer when we were in Bangkok, but since then, he just cannot seem to be able to stop!
His collection has bloom so much for the past 3 months, and he even mentioned wanting to visit Hong Kong's Bandai during my Sept hols.
This gotta STOP! His current collection of Saint Slayer, Macross and SOC has cost like at least $2K.
And its a lot of money to begin with!
And so i refused to talk to him that very nite, turning in early.
Though we went to work together this morning, i had used the excuse that i was tired to stay quiet throughout the journey.
I hope this man sense it. He better be!
But when i dropped by Dad's place to tell him abt it, he said i need to be a little more understanding. (Huh?!)
And that i should talk to him nicely abt the importance of monies instead of giving him the cold shoulder.
Dad even reminded me abt my Precious Moments Collection, which has cost a few grands as well.
"But i have stop buying them!'
"Yeah, because you have no place to put them anymore." Dad had said quietly.
I was like, okay, i give up! Suit yourself!

When i showed the folks the PM figurine Dad had paid for me,
Mum had asked abt the status of hers.
I had actually ordered one from Jessie as well.
But just didnt have the time to drop by Causeway Point to collect till Friday.
Mum paid for this one!
Beautiful and blushing, my baby is now a bride
Had also bought 3 books from Popular for this holiday.
- Mood:
happy
Before i got married, i had wanted Dad to buy me the PM figurine.
I had even showed him how it looks like.
Dad said he is fine with getting it for me.
But i will need to source for it as it is no longer for sale locally.
Had managed to find one at the yahoo auction, from one of my favourite PM sellers.
But her initial asking price was $60.
I was indecisive, till her recent offer dropped down to $49.
We finally agreed at $45 and i will collect from her in town during my June holiday.
I was on a 2 days course at the Teachers Network.
And my, the figurine is so gorgeous!
Thanks Dad!

Stella told me a few days ago that she had long collected hers.
And i was wondering why Jessie had not called.
Apparently they had called me in late Feb and early March.
But i was too busy with the wedding preparation and TMAs to answer the calls.
Went by to collect it after visting Dad and Mum.
The box is so gorgeous!

But HB refused to let me start the collection, for he thinks:
1) the eyes look scary
2) i should stay faithful to my Precious Moments Collection
Ok Ok, i promise NOT to stay another new collection hobby.
I know we are saving money...
Besides, i think i will kinda freak out too if my Blythe Doll starts blinking at me.
Anywho, it didnt dampen my love for her, for she looks so lovely!
I swear i wont stop at one if i really start buying one!
Thus, the closest thing i can manage is to get her book.
Had just bought the book online at Amazon.com.
They have great service, speedy delivery and good packaging.
Its the international superstar and high fashion model Blythe's Biography.
Rescued from toy box obscurity with the publication of Garan's first book, This Is Blythe
( Which i didnt buy )
The 12-inch tall diva has been celebrating in the front windows of Bloomingdales;
the cover of Women's Wear Daily; VH1's "I Love the '70s"; in People, the New York Times,
and ad campaigns for Nordstrom etc.
In Blythe Style, 100 to-die-for outfits created for her by top designers from around the world are showed and photographed by Garan.
She is wearing Gucci, Prada, Versace, Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, John Galliano,
Paul Smith, Issey Miyake, Vivienne Westwood and dozens more.
All for the sake of charity.
How cool can that be?
Now i cant wait for the 17th Jan
When i get my hand on the book...

1) The M1 guy is scheduled to come between 9am to 11am to pick up HB's N80 in exchange for a new Nokia 7900. ( Its HB's Xmas pressie for me. Hooray )
2) HB to send me to SIM to pay for next term school fee and maybe grab lunch somewhere.
3) I have wanted to go home to collect my lappy as i couldnt brought it to the wedding the previous nite.
4) We will drop by Tdrangon to finalize our invitation card details.
5) We will do some shopping at the nearby Funan for HB's last minute buy.
6) Finally catch " I am Legend " at night.
Everything went smoothly.
The M1 guy came at 9.30am.
I was still sleeping like a pig when HB woke me up.
Apparently, he had woke up early with Pucci to wait for the guy.
He had no choice but to drag me out of bed so that i could sign for the phone.
My Xmas pressie!
The payment Q at SIM wasnt long.
We had our lunch at Megabite before going back to Woodlands to collect my lappy.
Tdragon was located at Excelsior Shopping Centre.
Its a tiny shop packed with couples picking their invitation cards.
We had decided not to spend too much on the cards as most people will throw theirs away after the wedding anyway.
We decided on the red wedding cards offered by Furama Riverfront.
Our folks didnt like the other one, and both of us agreed the red one is more traditional.
The final cost is $210 for the gold printing and a tiny Precious Moments icon on the beige color insert paper.
Its close to dinner time when we finished combing Funan.
His mum called to remind us to come home for dinner.
We went back for dinner, took a short rest before we left to watch the 11.50pm show at GV Grand.
The show was not as teriffic as i think, and i find " National Treasure " better.
And honestly, its really not so cool starring a dog having the same name as me either...

The CL team was expected to report at NYP before 9am. The colleagues had arranged to meet at YCK MRT station at 8.30am. I was fashionably late as usual and reached at 8.40am.
Just when I was calling them up, I spotted the Boss. Having no choice, I had told her I would locate her car and that I was with the Boss. The short trip was a little awkward as she felt bad that she had not asked the Boss to join us.
To cut the story short, the seminar ended only at 4.30pm. But all of us felt that the seminar was very enriching. The speakers from China and Taiwan were funny. I had never know Our Brain can be so interesting and that Picture Books are equally challenging to an adult.
When the seminar ended, I had decided to dropby the nearby AMK Hub to do my nails. The place was not as big as I last remembered when I was having lunch with Grace at Fish and Co. I finished combing the place within an hour and was quite disappointing.
First becoz I couldn't do my nails. The only nail salon quoted me $60 for both services. (Awefully Expensive for a small shop!)
In addition, the shop that sells Havaianas doesn't have stocks for the Bronze pair I saw at CWP a few weeks ago. Not willing to go home empty handed, I decided to head on to CWP to see Jessie.
The figurine she promised to keep for me was still available. I only paid $220 (after 10% off). There were only 2 in the shop, being individually numbered, the numbers are 899 and 901. I decided on 901, happily paid for it and left after claiming my free Disney Princess umbrella. Totally forgotten about the Havaianas sandles.
I Will Be Glad And Rejoice In You
ID 901 out of 3000
I didnt manage to shop much. Maybe I will have better luck over the weekend with HB. I can't wait too long for it to happen though, I am getting terribly impatient. Heh heh heh.
